What do the Republican crossover voters in Ohio and Texas have in common with Rush Limbaugh? According to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections they can be prosecuted for falsifying or lying on a government statement which is a 5th degree Felony, punishable by six to 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine.

Apparently these geniuses actually wrote on their ballots “For 1 day only”, “To get the opponent we want against McCain”, brilliant. I always knew that the water was toxic in NE Ohio but I never thought it could have such a dumbing effect on the populous. Apparently no one thought that the Board of Elections would notice that over 16,000 republicans in Cuyahoga County alone switched allegiances only days before the election and hours after Rush Limbaugh encouraged them?

Sorry folks, nothing to see here….just the complete destruction of Democracy at the hand of an asshat like Rush. This is the reason why this country takes 1 step forward and 2 steps back. If any of my ignorant neighbors are reading this, shame on you. You scream and yell that the economy is shit, jobs being exported as quickly as a plan can be made….hell they are even shipping the machinery to China as well….yet you fall in to the same trap, as always. I have lived all over this country but I have never seen so many inbred, ignorant politicos in all of my life. YES, YOU…..IGNORANT!

I said it, don’t care, I am done with this state as a whole. It is corrupt, the people seem to not care and even perpetuate the situation further…..as they say ignorance is bliss I guess.

I personally hope they drag all of the crossover voters in to court and make them explain themselves. If they cannot provide a legit reason for what they did they should be jailed. These same people that are so afraid of big government don’t mind being good sheep and following whatever the neo-con’s tell them to do.

I just don’t get it, I moved to this godforsaken place at the end of 99 from ironically Texas. Ever since I have arrived the citizens in this state have been bent over and railed without lube by this administration as well as the Republican controlled state government. Yet every election day they leave their barn, waddle across the pasture and follow the long line of sheep to the slaughterhouse.

Have you no shame? No backbone? No courage? No thoughts of your own? Do you care about your family’s future at all? Do you care about your economic prosperity? Do you care that the same people you aimlessly vote for and support unequivably are the same people that are destroying your family, your state, your freedom? People, put down the beer and pirogies and pick up a newspaper. I am ashamed that I live in this cesspool where thousands of teachers have been let go, thousands and thousands of homes foreclosed on and not a single bit of accountability. I can hear it now…if your not happy move. Well, my family and I are going to do just that as are many others, which only perpetuates the problem further but it is obvious that things will not change in this state of ignorant bliss.
